- Business intake info: business type, goals, target outcomes, revenue band, timeline.
- Consent records: the date/time you opted in to email and/or SMS communications, plus the exact disclosure shown.
- Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, device info, IP.
2. How We Use It
- To respond to your inquiry and deliver requested services.
- To send transactional communications.
- To send marketing communications via email and/or SMS — only if you opted in.

3. Sharing With Affiliates & Business Partners
We do not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing. We do, however, share the information you submit (including contact details, business intake answers, communication history, and transaction records) with:
- JRW Solutions and its affiliates, subsidiaries, parent entities, brands, and successor companies so we can deliver Services, coordinate referrals, and present additional products across the JRW family of companies.
- JRW Business Alliance™ members, advertising partners, lenders, title agents, real-estate professionals, AI vendors, marketing partners, and other vetted business partners when we believe in good faith that the introduction matches a need you have expressed (for example, when you request a referral or submit a service inquiry).
- Service providers (hosting, email/SMS, analytics, payment processing, CRM, AI providers) who process data on our behalf under written confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

5. SMS Opt-In / Opt-Out (TCPA)
By checking the SMS opt-in box you agree to receive recurring informational and promotional text messages from JRW Solutions at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. We retain lead and contact data for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
