Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By accessing or using JRW Solutions (the "Service"), operated by JRW Solutions ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Services
We provide consulting, software, AI, marketing, mortgage, title, real-estate, and lifestyle products under the JRW Solutions brand and the JRW Business Alliance™ partner program. Specific deliverables are governed by a separate written agreement, statement of work, or order form.
3. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be 18+ and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) misuse the Service, (b) interfere with its operation, (c) attempt to access data not intended for you, or (d) use the Service for unlawful purposes.
5. Payments, Processing Fees & Card on File
Fees are due as specified in the applicable order or invoice. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to renewal. Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law.
Credit/debit-card processing fee. When you elect to pay an invoice by credit or debit card, a non-refundable processing fee of five percent (5%) of the invoice subtotal is automatically added to your total and disclosed at checkout. ACH, wire, and check payments do not incur this fee.
Card on file / recurring authorization. By providing a payment card to JRW Solutions or completing a card-based checkout, you authorize JRW Solutions and its payment processors (PayPal, Stripe) to securely store your payment method as a "card on file" and to charge that card, on a one-time or recurring basis, for (a) subscription renewals, (b) any invoice you have approved, and (c) any other amounts you owe under an order, statement of work, or this Agreement. You may revoke this authorization at any time by emailing billing@jrw-solutions.com; revocation does not relieve you of obligations for amounts already incurred.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks are owned by JRW Solutions or its licensors. The names "JRW Solutions", "JRW Business Alliance", and "JRW Business Alliance Guide" are trademarks of JRW Solutions.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JRW Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify JRW Solutions for claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach. You may stop using the Service at any time.
11. Governing Law
JRW Solutions, LLC is a Georgia limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions. Exclusive venue for any judicial proceeding lies in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
